When taking driving lessons, there comes a point when you need to start thinking about the driving theory test. Some people get apprehensive about this aspect of learning to drive, but at Caroline's School of Motoring, we want you to feel relaxed and prepared. Our driving theory test tuition will help arm you with the knowledge you need to pass both the multiple choice test and the hazard perception test.
My team of instructors and I have helped hundreds of people pass their theory test, and although we can't do it for you, we can help give you the knowledge and the confidence to give it your best shot.

- a highly realistic simulation of the UK driver theory tests. This is a great platform for new drivers and those taking our refresher driving lessons.
How does the theory test work?
There are two parts to the UK driver theory test, the multiple choice test, and an interactive hazard perception test.
- Part 1: Multiple choice
This part of the test consists of 50 multiple choice questions about the highway code and the theory of driving. You will need to answer a minimum of 43 of these questions correctly to pass. - Part 2: Hazard perception test
Over a series of videos there will be a total of 75 hazards. You will need to correctly identify a minimum of 44 correctly by clicking on them at the appropriate time.
Once you have passed your theory test, you will then be able to book and take part in your practical driving test.
